The Plant Medicine Portal Seal of Integrity is a coveted seal that we offer to Integrators, Facilitators, Sound Facilitators, Body Workers, Retreat Centers and other plant medicine practitioners and businesses that we have vetted and follow our strict integrity guidelines listed below.
Earning the Seal of Integrity grants you the following benefits:

Only those with the Seal can provide their products, services and events through the Plant Medicine Portal website

The Seal of Integrity can be used on your digital, packaging and marketing materials

You are automatically required to attend the Council of Guides, a monthly gathering for peer-to-peer support, to determine if you are in the right space to continue to be in service to our village and this Portal in the spirit of Sweet Word gathering.

A. Quality and Safety Requirements:

How do you ensure that your products and/or services are high in quality and safety for your customers/participants?

How do you stay connected to others providing similar offerings to ensure you are collaborating for improved quality and safety of your sector/market?
B. Social and Environmental Responsibility Requirements:

How do you commit to sustainability efforts in your mission and marketing/outreach/community materials?

How do you responsibly manage waste, water, energy, and your carbon footprint?

How do you ensure living wages, safe and inspiring work conditions, and prosperous employees?

F. Ethical Marketing Requirements:

How do you communicate the full landscape of your offerings such that participants know what is required from them to participate and exactly what will be delivered before they are required to commit/buy?

Do you clearly articulate the who, what, when, why and how of each offering so customers are quickly oriented to your offering without having to be led down complicated marketing funnels?

Is your pricing structure fully transparent before the point of sale without hidden upselling tactics?

Do you provide recent and diverse testimonials and transparent customer rating systems that include low scores and negative reviews if they exist? Are you open to us sending out our survey to these people?

Do you provide a easy referral system for your satisfied clients/customers to invite their networks to your offerings? Examples include providing them an email to forward to those who would enjoy your work/products.
G. Monitoring and Enforcement Requirements:

Are you prepared to be asked via video interview to expand upon any of your answers to the above Seal of Integrity requirements?

If you are selected for a random site visit are you prepared to provide proof to verify any of your answers to the above Seal of Integrity requirements?

Are you willing to reapply annually with updated answers to the above Seal of Integrity requirements in order to maintain your Seal of Integrity?

Please confirm that you acknowledge that Plant Medicine Portal reserves the right to revoke the Seal of Integrity for non-compliance.

Carefully review the following Guidelines vetted by national leaders

Summarize 1 to 5 clear bullet points describing how you meet each Guideline requirement.
NOTE: There are a total of 40 requirements organized into 7 key areas. Do not skip any requirements. If you feel the requirement does not apply to your specific work or venture, please explain why.

Email a complete summary of all your answers to info@plantmedicineportal.com with the following title: Seal of Integrity Application for (your name or the name of your organization). Include a contact name, phone number and links to your website, social media, and any other relevant links.
You will receive an email within 3 weeks either providing suggestions for improvement or inviting you to the final step: a 30 minute interview.

You will receive the Seal graphic to use on your packaging, website and marketing materials and be added to the community list found above.

You will be required to join our village of Seal of Integrity peers called the Council of Guides. Learn more about our monthly gatherings for support and integration once accepted.

You will be required to provide a
list of current participants/people
who have received medicines, services, products or integration from you that we will send an anonymous survey to validate your responses to this vetting process.
