Shanti Rae

Shanti is a dedicated Ceremonialist, Plant Medicine Integration Coach, and Yoga Teacher. From an early age, she developed a profound connection to Eastern spirituality and the medicine path, committing herself to a life of devotion to both.

In October 2020, Shanti experienced her first Ayahuasca ceremony, a life-altering moment that initiated a deep devotion to sacred plant medicine work. A year later, she found herself immersed in the jungles of Costa Rica, studying and working full-time at an international Ayahuasca retreat center. After three plus years of apprenticeship and over 100 ceremonies later, Shanti has cultivated a deep understanding of how to guide and support individuals before, during, and after their Ayahuasca journeys.

Shanti is a certified Life Coach, specializing in Integration Coaching for those working with Ayahuasca and other plant medicines. Her coaching style is grounded, practical and compassionate, meeting each individual where they are, offering support in pre-ceremony preparation, post-ceremony integration, navigating life changes, and integrating the teachings of the medicine.
